ascenceur qui fonctionne pas.. pas de lumière pendant 2 jours..pas avertir le client...très mauvais

I likes the courtyard and balcony. I did not like the fact there it did not have an elevator, nor did the room have s coffee machine.

The hotel was clean and rooms clean staff could do with speaking a little better English and being able to make tea or coffee in your room would be nice instead of having to come down to reception every time you wanted a drink then take it back to your room

the staff was very helpful when i asked anything the hotel was very clean the only thing was the bed it waa a bit to hard fir me abd unlike other hotels i have stayed at in kiev this ond had one posative for me there was no prostitution which was a bonus will definitely stay here again
