Keurig coffee station (starter kit included!)

Starter kit w/ washer pods, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags and toilet paper



Guest Access:

You will access the property through the back yard, there will be a combination lock on the gate (combination to be provided 24-48 hrs before check-in day)



Door to the building (garage) and apartment is equipped with electronic locks (code to be provided 24-48 hrs before check-in day)



Other Things to Note:

Dog Notice 🐾



Please note that we have a friendly, high-energy dog (about 35 lbs, see last listing photo) who may be in the yard during the early morning and evening hours. She enjoys meeting guests and can be enthusiastic when greeting people. If you are uncomfortable around dogs, please keep this in mind before booking.



The studio is on the second floor of a detached garage. There's an independent entrance through the back yard of the main house.



Please note that your lease only grants access to the the indoor space. Yard area and garage are reserved for the main house.



Starter kits are not restocked, it is the resposibility of the guest to supply any extra items not listed on the property description.



Monthly stays include 1 cleaning per month.



This home is BYOL (Bring Your Own Login) our TV is equipped with Roku Guest Mode. Choose your check-out date and it will automatically sign out all your streaming accounts.
