We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath tatami room. There was plenty of space to spread out. The space was darker, the few windows did not let in much light. But, overall clean & comfortable. 10/10. Amazing stay in a convenient location, 4 minute walk from Karasuma Oike station. Staff were very attentive and able to assist with local restaurant recommendations, child-item needs, and luggage forwarding. Mimaru Suites is a fantastic apartment hotel in Kyoto. Very spacious, modern, clean, comfortable, and nicely located near metro lines that made it very convenient to explore the beautiful city of Kyoto.
