Not as expected. Room quite small for two. The vestibule had an irregular-shape step up to the bedroom that was quite unsafe because of the small space, quite a trick to manuever between bedroom and bathroom. The portable room air filter blew dust when first turned on.

We were greeted by wonderful staff at Reception. This was a good room for a family of 4. 1 adult and 3 teens. 4 futon mattress and own bathroom with deep tub to soak after all that walking. Free ice candy located near the elevator. They held our luggages free of charge after check out which was very kind. The room was ok, a microwave and kettle. The only thing we didn't like was the noise by the other tourist but this is a minor thing and at times can not be helped. Close to the train station to catch the Randen to the Bamboo Forest.

Convenient location. Clean room. Nice public bath, even tho it wasn’t onsen. Disappointing that tourists weren’t told how to use the public bath. Saw some getting in without bathing. Wearing shoes inside the bath area, etc.
