The property features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across both floors to ensure privacy and ease of movement for all guests.

On the ground floor, the villa welcomes you with a generous living and dining area complete with a dining table, creating an ideal space for shared meals and relaxed evenings together. From this level, you have direct access to the patio. Also on the ground floor, 1 double bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A full bathroom with bath, shower, and WC completes the ground floor layout.

On the upper floor, the villa offers 3 additional bedrooms. The first is a room equipped with 1 set of bunk beds in a 2 by 2 configuration, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second is a double bedroom furnished with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the terrace. The third is a further double bedroom also furnished with 2 single beds of the same dimensions, equally benefiting from access to the terrace. A second bathroom with bath or shower and WC serves the upper floor.

Extremely Disappointing Stay - Poorly Managed and Zero Accountability

This property has potential, but our experience was ruined by shockingly bad management and a complete lack of care from the agency. On arrival, we found the outdoor sliding door jammed, an upstairs blind that wouldn’t close, and a broken fan. These are basic things that should be checked before guests arrive.The kitchen was missing essentials: no barbecue tools, no scissors, and not even a decent knife to cut vegetables. We had to buy our own just to get by. For the price, this is unacceptable.Worse, there was a noisy construction site right next door, with generators running all day and cement containers being moved overhead. The noise and dust made it impossible to use the pool or relax at the house. We ended up leaving just to get some peace and quiet.We reported this to the agency Interhome immediately. It took Laia until Thursday, almost the end of our stay, to respond, only to tell us none of it was their problem. No apology, no solution, not even a hint of empathy. It’s clear they don’t care about their guests or the quality of their service. We escalated this to the landlord but they were also not willing to compensate in any way for this situation.This house could be great, but as it stands, it’s a disaster. If you run into any issues (and you probably will), don’t expect any help. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
