This accommodation features a spacious private terrace with views of the communal area, where both adults and children can enjoy a fantastic swimming pool and green spaces. It also includes a parking space, ideal for leaving the car behind during your holiday.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, leading into the bright living-dining room with air conditioning, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace, ideal for outdoor dining. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The hallway also features air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the entire floor.

The master bedroom has a double bed (150 x 190 cm). The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds (90 x 190 cm), perfect for children or teenagers.
