La maison est entièrement climatisée et dispose de tout le confort pour accueillir des familles ou des amis et leurs éventuels animaux de compagnie.

Cette bâtisse du XIXème siècle, construite en pierre du Périgord, est située en position dominante dans le hameau "Le Chastel" sur la commune de "La Bachellerie" et offre un magnifique point de vue.

A l'intérieur: une cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manger et le salon, 4 chambres équipées d'un lit double et 2 salles de bain.

A l'extérieur: une piscine privée (non partagée) et chauffée de 10 x 5 m dans un cadre verdoyant avec 8 transats, une table de ping-pong et un terrain permettant de jouer à la pétanque. Par ailleurs, une pergola couverte et un barbecue à charbon de bois permettent de prendre les repas à l'extérieur.

Pour les loisirs, les visites, tout est possible dans les environs, vous n'aurez que l'embarras du choix ! Outre sa campagne et ses rivières propices à la balade, ses grottes et ses gouffres invitant à l'exploration, le Périgord Noir vous offrira son patrimoine historique unique avec son architecture préservée telle qu'on peut l'admirer à Terrasson, Montignac, Sarlat, et dans ses mille châteaux, jardins, abbayes et prieurés.

Les draps sont fournis, mais pas les serviettes de toilette ni de bain.

Un forfait optionnel de 90 € est proposé aux locataires pour assurer le ménage de fin de séjour.

Les chèques vacances sont acceptés sur demande.

Un supplément de 10 €/nuit est demandé en période hivernale pour couvrir les dépenses de chauffage (01/11 au 15/04).

Les animaux de compagnie sont les bienvenus dans la limite de 2, sous réserve d'être respectueux des lieux.

In de basis is het een royale locatie op een mooie plek. Goede airco’s op alle kamers, groot zwembad, mooi uitzicht en veel privacy. Voor 8 personen zijn glazen en kopjes aan de krappe kant. Het ontbreekt aan kastruimte om kleding op te hangen en er is maar 1 parasol die gedurende de dag schaduw biedt. Voor 2 personen is dat prima, maar met 8, liggen er zes in de zon. Onderhoud van het zwembad is niet optimaal.
