Excellent emplacement en centre ville dans une villa bauloise classée. Propriétaires très accueillants. Seul petit bémol : l'annonce sur Abritel ne mentionne pas que l'appartement loué (N' 6) se trouve au 2eme étage, ce qui a gêné mon épouse arthritique. Sinon à conseiller !!!

L'accueil est très chaleureux. Le lieu de résidence est central. Au pied le marché de La Baule Idéal La rue piétonne centrale de La Baule est tout autant à proximité à moins de cinq minutes à pied La plage est tout aussi proche
