Perfectly located just 450 m from La Baule's large beach, you can enjoy it at any time of the day, whether for a morning walk on the sand, a refreshing swim in the middle of the afternoon or an aperitif while admiring the sunset. Moreover, if you wish to savour your meals outdoors, a fitted terrace awaits you, with access to the shared garden of the residence. For a moment of relaxation away from the salty water, you can also enjoy two community pools open from 15 June to 15 September.



This apartment welcomes you into a pleasant living room space, equipped with two sofas, a television and offering access to the terrace. You will also find an open kitchen connected to the living room/dining area, fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a dishwasher as well as all the crockery and utensils necessary for cooking. You will also access the bathroom with its hairdryer and the independent toilet.

Finally, two bedrooms await you: the first is equipped with a double bed (140x190), while the second has a bed (80/190) that can be transformed into a double bed thanks to the bed located underneath, thus offering an additional sleeping space.
