Welcome to La Baule-Escoublac! This house is an invitation to relaxation. Its main asset is undoubtedly its garden and terrace, which allow you to fully enjoy beautiful days: from waking up with a cup of coffee, at noon with a summer salad, for a nap in the sun, and in the evening to prepare good grilled dishes.



In addition to its exterior, the house benefits from a location with all amenities nearby, the beach for good swimming, and the La Baule forest for beautiful walks.



The living area is modern. You will find the living room conducive to a moment of calm for reading, as well as a space to share a cup of coffee with a view of the outside. Finally, the kitchen-dining room where you can prepare good dishes and then enjoy them. The kitchen is very well equipped and has induction hobs, refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
