If you enjoy dropping your bags when getting off the train or not touching your car during your holiday, this apartment is perfect for you. Located just next to the town hall, facing the sea, with an incredible view of the majestic bay of La Baule, you will only need to cross the road to reach the main beach. All shops, restaurants and the market are less than 10 minutes walking distance from the accommodation. It is ideal for those who like to have everything within reach.



On the 5th floor of his lift-equipped residence, you will be dazzled by the view that greets you as soon as you enter the main room. You can admire it from the balcony, comfortably seated in one of the armchairs, with a cool drink or a delicious ice cream.



The main room consists of a kitchen equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. For breakfast, a kettle and coffee maker are at your disposal. A square and friendly table awaits you to have your meals. A comfortable living room welcomes you with two sofas, for your TV evenings, aperitifs or board games. A special feature of this living room, behind one of the sofas is hidden a comfortable retractable King size bed. You can therefore wake up looking at the sea.
