If you like to put down your suitcases as you get off the train or not touch the car during your holidays, this apartment is made for you. Located right next to the town hall, on the seafront, with an incredible view of the majestic bay of La Baule, you will only have to cross the road to reach the large beach. All shops, restaurants and the market are within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. It's ideal for those who like to have everything at hand.
On the 5th floor of his residence with a lift, you will be dazzled by the view that opens up to you as soon as you enter the main room. You will be able to admire it from the balcony, comfortably seated in one of the armchairs, with a cool drink or a nice ice cream.
The main room consists of a kitchen equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. For breakfast, a kettle and a coffee maker are at your disposal. A square and welcoming table awaits you for your meals. A comfortable lounge welcomes you with two sofas, for your TV evenings, aperitifs or board games. A particular feature of this lounge is that behind one of the sofas is hidden a comfortable king-size pull-out bed. You will therefore be able to wake up whilst looking out at the sea.
