TrĂšs bon sejour
La maison, qui est idĂ©alement placĂ©e, mĂ©riterait dâĂȘtre modernisĂ©e notamment la cuisine et la salle de bain qui sont restĂ©es dans les annĂ©es 70. Cela nâenlĂšve cependant rien Ă la qualitĂ© de cet hĂ©bergement tant sa situation est bonne. Ă noter quand mĂȘme, pour les personnes qui ne connaissent pas cette commune, que la maison est situĂ©e dans la zone piĂ©tonne du marchĂ© et que sâil est possible dâen partir le matin il est plus difficile de regagner en voiture la location avant la fin du marchĂ© (7 Ă 13h tous les jours en haute saison)Pour autant le marchĂ© se suffit Ă lui mĂȘme, un peu cher mais de bonne qualitĂ©

LA BREE en Septembre
cette maison a un emplacement ideal,tout pres des commerces ainsi que de la mer.Le jardin est grand.L'eloignement de la rue principale garantit un grand calme.Par contre il n'y a qu'une salle de bains contre deux annoncées.La vaisselle est propre mais les placards degagent une odeur d'humide TRES desagreable.Et il n'y a qu'un verrou pour la fermeture de la maison c'est peu.

Grosse déception sur cette maison : mobilier trop ancien, confort minimaliste, literie récente mais trÚs bas de gamme, linge de lit ancien et sale.
MĂ©nage non fait dans les chambres notamment moutons de poussiĂšres derriĂšre les lits Ă lâarrivĂ©e++++
Salle de douche trÚs étroite avec wc dans la douche. Dommage car logement bien placé et maison plutÎt grande avec beau jardin. Nous ne recommandons pas.

Emplacement idéal
La maison est idéalement placée à la Brée les bains, à deux pas du centre, du marché et de la plage !
Le logement est spacieux et dispose d'un grand jardin. Les équipements sont quelques peux datés mais tout est propre et fonctionnel.
Nous comptons bien y revenir !
