It comprises a lovely 100 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom (with bathtub), and a garden of approximately 1,000 m². bed linen and towels provided. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A 100 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa, pool table that converts into a ping pong table, and dining area

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200) and one double sofa bed
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×200)
- One bathroom (with bathtub) and toilet

On the mezzanine:
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×200)

The house has been designed to be pleasant and practical for everyone, with a few extra touches for families: trampoline, swing, safety gates on two staircases, and a fully enclosed garden, ideal for both children and pets.
