CIPOLIN - Design chalet with wonderful outdoors

Nature lovers, you have come to the right place. Cipolin is a brand-new 3 bedroom chalet located in the quiet neighborhood of Nantaux, in La Côte-d’Arbroz. The chalet fits perfectly into this picturesque setting. All around, you can appreciate the Alpine plants, the pine floor and the flowering lawn.

This 136m2 accommodation with 42m2 of ancillary space is built on 3 floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance, a covered garage for two vehicles and a laundry room. The garden level offers a spacious living area. Finally, on the first floor, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are at your disposal, 2 of each are equipped with showers and 1 with a bath. Lovely wooden balconies, a swing chair and large windows are also available on this floor, bringing extra charm and natural light. The rooms are also equipped with AC for the hot summer nights.

The best for last: without a doubt, the highlight of this chalet is the the terrace distributed on two levels and its 442x236cm swim spa.

This charming village is nestled at an altitude of about 1200 metres on a south-facing hillside, 6 kilometers from Morzine. At the Col de l'Encrenaz, 5 kilometers away, you will find many hikes like the “Tour du Roc d’Enfer” (Tour of Hell's Rock) as well as snowshoeing and ski touring tracks. In Summer, the bravest ones may opt for paragliding, mountain biking or the via ferrata “Grotte de Cristal” (Crystal Cave) in Bellevaux.


The home truths:

- The chalet is a little off-centre and we highly recommend having a car when staying at La Côte-d'Arbroz.

- There is no TV in the living room, this space is made to enjoy and share good times! TV’s are available in the rooms and only French channels are available.

- The chalet features an outdoor swimming spa (not a hot tub), than has a maximum temperature of 26°C.

- End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided.

- A property nearby is currently under construction, so you may hear a bit more noise than usual
