Attractive air-conditioned semi-detached farmhouse with 2 levels comprising a lounge, dining area and open-plan fitted kitchen, terrace with electric awning and gas hob, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed (160cm) and one with double bed (140cm) and bunk bed (90cm)) with wardrobes and balcony, shower room and separate toilet. Numbered parking free space and Wi-Fi access included.
Access to the farmhouse after climbing a good thirty steps.
In the private and closed domain of the "Mas de Gigaro" with guard, gates and cameras, collective pool from june to september (free for children under 7 years old, 10 € / pers. / week + 50 € deposit), 4 tennis courts (100 € deposit, 40 € / week).
Rental house hold linen : 20 € double bed, 10 € single bed, 8 € the set of 2 towels including bath mat and tea towels.
Situated about 500m from the swimming pool, 1.5 km from Gigaro beach with the start of the coastal path (pedestrian and mountain bike) and the marine path, its mini-market open from March to October, its restaurants with their feet in the water.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Gelände ruhig. In der Nacht gibt es keine Straßen Beleuchtung also Taschenlampe mitnehmen. Der Fußweg vom Meer rauf ist etwas kräftezehrend.
