Villa for 8 people on the Gigaro beach

Exceptional villa located on the beach of Gigaro, built on an 800 sq. meters garden. The house has been entirely renovated in 2021 with all luxury comfort while preserving its history. Several beach restaurants and a supermarket can be accessed by foot, National parc of the Cap Lardier at 150 meters.

The house
It has a large main room opening on a terrace facing South and the sea, with a sand garden. The garden opens on the beach by a fence. There are 4 sleeping rooms, each with an independent shower/bathroom, and an additional main bathroom with toilets. All the rooms are equipped with high-quality beds:
- Room 1: one bed 160x200cm
- Room 2: one bed 140x190cm
- Room 3: one Queen size bed 180x200cm
- Room 4: one bed 160x200cm
The main room has two sofas. It is possible to add a bed for baby/kids in the largest room.

There is a large fully equiped modern kitchen with oven, microwave oven, induction, dishwasher, coffee machine, American fridge. The house also benefits of a laundry with washing machine and drying machine. There is Wifi, A/C in all the rooms and the main room, and a large television with home cinema (including Netflix, Canal+ and Disney+).

The garden benefits of a large terrace with sea view, a sand garden, outdoor table, gas plancha and several sunbeds. There is a parking spot in the garden for two cars. You can access directly to the beach from the garden.
