First of all it’s too damn expensive and secondly I was to check out at 11. While I was out they came in my room and packed my belongings. What kind of place is this? Then they do military discounts but won’t let me get it because of EXPEDIA. I wont use either now

The property is new and clean. The free breakfast starts early and has a good variety. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet, but is located in an area with stores, restaurants, and gas nearby.

Soap please!

Our stay was great. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Two things could have made it better. 1. Put soap instead of lotion by the bathroom sink. We had to get the body wash from the tub dispenser to wash our hands. 2. Put a dispenser with dish soap by the suite sink. I like to wash out my travel mug when we arrive as well as the containers used for our travel lunch picnic.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. especially the lady that prepared the morning breakfast we did not get her name but she is an asset to your brand. That southern hospitality she assumed every bit of it. We enjoyed what she does to get those hot breakfast out at 4:30am and the conversations we great as well. Please let her know we appreciate her. Booking Issues Resolved!

Last minute booking with Hotels.com and ran into a billing issue at the front desk. The Front Desk Staff was so helpful and resolved the issue, even having a manager come from home to assist. Such a great experience! Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok had your basics, the coffee was exceptionally good. I would stay here again!

I stopped off with a car load of my daughter’s college stuff as I just moved her out. Was nervous to leave the car in the lot but the person at the front desk said that she could see the car from her monitor and would watch until 6am when she leaves. She even checked to make sure my room had a view of my car. Thought that was so nice of her!! What great service! The room was nice and comfy, everything was very clean and the breakfast was very good.
