We have stayed here probably 5 or 6 times over the last 4 years that my son went to Lacrosse. I believe it has changed hands 2 or 3 times. It has gone down hill over that time. During this stay the fire alarm system was out of service. We were on the 5th floor. So it did not make me feel safe in case of a fire. We did not have a fridge in our room. When I called down to get one the gal must have forgotten because I had to stop in at the front desk and then she quickly remembered. I know the location is great but you better not have high hopes.

Didn’t like parking. Had to find parking in street. Parking lot full. I did like breakfast was great. Received snack bag during check in. That was cool. Front desk attendant was kind service with a smile. Acknowledge us each time we came in. He was always cleaning which means he had great deal for cleanliness. Definitely love the price very affordable. I will be come back again

Great stay.

Great stay in a quant town. We had to stay overnight in LaCrosse for a conference and choose this place for a reasonable price for one night. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, no complaints! Well, except for when we got there all the parking spots were used up and we had to park on the street - but it was the weekend and there weren't paid meters like in the cities so it wasn't a problem!

They greeted us with a smile along with a welcome gift back that contained water and snacks. It was a nice touch after a long car ride. Facility was clean. Bed comfortable. Everything that we needed.

Okay stay.

Received a gift bag at check in. Had a granola bar in it that was stale. Body wash dispenser in shower ran out after 1 day. First hotel I’ve stayed in that didn’t have coffee in the lobby for at least 5 years. Location was great, though. Bed was very comfortable.
