Beautiful house and property! Perfect place with plenty of space to accommodate a large group. Great location, close to multiple marinas by boat. The tram was wonderful to & from the dock as it is steep & a lot of steps. Our kids loved swimming and the bonus of having access to the Lilly Pad.The hosts were also great communicating. Not that we needed anything but just checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay.Highly recommend this rental!

This property is absolutely gorgeous! The location, aesthetics, layout, cleanliness, and over all ease of this home has us counting the days until we can return! We had 3 families, for a total of 14 guests with kids ranging in age from 4-11. The ice machine, double washer and dryer, and the tram that easily takes you from the house down to the dock were all huge game changers. Our families have been going to Cumberland and Norris for 40 years and this property takes the cake! Minutes boat ride to Shanghai Marina. I cannot speak highly enough about this breaktaking property, we’ve already booked again to come back in 3 weeks!

This was our favorite place we have stayed at Norris, after coming down multiple times a year for 8 years. The house was perfect for our large group, the kitchen is stunning, the dock and water amenities kept us in the water every day into the evening, and the tram was a GAME CHANGER….especially if you are familiar with how many stairs most rentals have on the lake. The hosts were very responsive and attentive leading up to the trip. 10/10 will be booking again!!!
