Located in a quiet residential area just 700 metres from the town centre, it has a fenced garden, a 15 m² terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue to fully enjoy the beautiful days. You will be 1.5 km from Port-La-Forêt and its beaches, perfect for swimming, walks or water activities. Whether you are looking for relaxation or seaside discoveries, this house is the ideal starting point for exploring Southern Finistère.



Pass through the entrance door and discover a bright living room of nearly 50 m², open to the terrace and garden thanks to two bay windows. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as all the necessary cooking equipment, not forgetting the filter coffee maker and kettle for your breakfasts.
