Love the Los Lagos Resort. We have stayed there a couple of times. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are large and have everything you need. Many thermal pools to choose from and cool pools also. Great family resort!

The room was very large and very clean. The shuttle to take us to/from our room and pool area was very convenient. Grounds were pretty and well maintained. Only minor suggestions are (1) more hooks to hang bath towels (2) softer sheets. I would stay here again.

We were so impressed with everything about this place. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The scenery and grounds were beautiful. The hot springs were amazing. The staff were so helpful. The food was delicious. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! We can't wait to come back with our families.

We loved the hot pools at this property. We found that our room (2 queen) was not super cozy! It was very dark in our room even with the blinds open. There were no lights outside of our room or on many main areas of the property. We wished that we could’ve walked from our room to the pools and restaurant but there was no walking path and it was pitch black on the roads. We ate at the main restaurant one night and waited over 1.5hrs for very average food. We ate at the bar as well and found the pizza and burgers to come out much quicker. Overall, I’d probably find somewhere else to stay in the future if it weren’t for the hot pools. We just prefer something more walkable and a brighter room!

At check in the sheet with the rules made me feel unwelcome. There were charges for everything. At check out we were charged only for food. Your prices were very reasonable. The pools were great. Our room was comfortable.
