The hotel had an ok view of the volcano. The rooms are outdated no full size mirror. Only one key fob. Breakfast did not have variety each morning and I stayed for 6 nights. You have to reserve breakfast for each day which is a very big inconvenience. The ladies at breakfast are not very friendly. They also denied be breakfast one day because the lady did not put my room down etc.. (when I did). They need to do first come first serve… key fob stopped working for both rooms so had to get that fixed in front desk. The smaller pool doesn’t work. Only one hot tub works. Pool is not heated. Can’t pay drinks in the pool by room number.. 4th floor rooftop bar is not open yet. For a “4 star hotel” it lacks a lot. Needs a lot of work!

Very surprised by the overall ratings of this property. First, when I arrived I was told to park in another lot that would be closer to my room. This lot was in a very inconspicuous dark alleyway (immediately disregarded) due to the fact, it seemed implausible. Seemed very unsafe. Air conditioning did not work and there was a sizeable hole in the ceiling, that raised a reg flag. I brought these concerns to staff (after hours) and the issue was rectified (moving to another room). Overall, I wouldnt stay again, it was ok but definitely not the best or anything like it falsely represents online; the property doesn’t match the way it’s portrayed online. Does have a good breakfast and coffee with the cutest cat, who would drop by looking for food.

Yes it was superb! Clean, wonderful staff, delicious food and beautiful garden pool. Lovely bathrooms and super comfortable beds. It was definitely worth getting the terrace room.

Room was clean. Staff was above and beyond. Room service staff hospitality was off the charts, she went above and beyond and even took the time to make a beautiful display with our hand towels. Hotel location is in a very convenient location. I will stay here again!

There were limited options for breakfast. The hotel staff and cleaning lady were fantastic, we had Ester and she was great! Some of the hot tubs were not up and running for use.

I booked this hotel because of the good reviews and because it’s supposed to be a 3 or 4-star place. But honestly, I’m extremely disappointed and shocked by what I experienced. First, they gave me a room with a jacuzzi, but the blinds were completely see-through from the outside! Anyone walking by could literally see inside. On top of that, they put me on the first floor, which made it even worse. I felt so uncomfortable and had to ask for a room change. When they finally changed my room, I thought things would get better — but then when I turned on the air conditioner, a few cockroaches actually blew out from it! I was terrified and disgusted. How can this happen in a hotel that claims to be 3 or 4 stars? Breakfast was another nightmare. There were so many flies on the sweet cakes. Even though there was a cover, there was a big gap beside the door, so flies could easily get in and out. I even saw a dead fly floating in the syrup. I told one of the workers about it, but he completely ignored me like it was no big deal. Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I will never come back here again, and I strongly advise others to stay away unless the hotel seriously improves its hygiene and management.
