Spend amazing days sunning yourself on the beach, only 20m away, when you stay in our cozy 27m2 ground floor studio in La Grande Motte! Enjoy the sun on the long sandy beaches, just 20m away, or relax in the thalassotherapy centre, right next door! Our comfortable space is the perfect destination for couples or friends looking for a stress-free holiday.

After a day on the beach, retreat to our comfortable, air-conditioned LIVING AREA, which features a pull-out Sofa bed to accommodate 2 guests. Curl up and watch your favorite show on the TV (which may only offer French channels). You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM, which features a shower. Please note that bathroom linen is not provided, but is available to rent on-site for €9/kit. Keep your clothes clean using the on-site laundry machines, available for an additional charge.

In the KITCHENETTE, you'll find a set of cooking hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Résidence Les Dunes du Soleil where our space is conveniently located. These include access to the small heated outdoor pool (available from mid-April to mid-September).

Enjoy the view from Point Zero, just a minute away! Kids will love the carrousel, located on the beach only a 5-minute walk away. If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a tasty meal at La Rascasse, a 10-minute walk away.

Any lack of cleanliness of the accommodation returned and requiring intervention cleaning other than that described in our T&Cs will be subject to invoicing through the deposit."
