Step right onto the beach or relax on the private terrace and take in the fresh ocean breeze and whitewater views. Experience the joy of La Jolla living. Overlooking Nicholson Point, it is just a short walk to shopping and entertainment in the vibrant Village of La Jolla. The bright interior features an open concept layout with strong natural lighting from floor to ceiling windows.
The unit has 2 bedrooms. Guest bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and there is a guest bathroom across the hall with a tub and walk-in shower. The primary bedroom has a large King bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Stroll up Coast Blvd just five minutes and you will be able to enjoy world class restaurants and shopping. La Jolla Village offers everything from casual to sophisticated choices. The Museum of Contemporary Art is just up the street too and there are many private galleries to peruse. If you'd like to venture a little further afield, visit the famous San Diego Zoo, the Birch Aquarium, the Wild Animal Park, Seaworld, Legoland, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Seaport Village and the Del Mar Racetrack.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.

We are available 24/7 via email and all guests will get an emergency number for any concerns after hours.
The property and stay, location was great. Every single weak day sounded horrible, it was a construction zone directly above the condo. Construction started promptly at 7:45am daily and it was very difficult to work remote for me. Weekends were great, but this detracted from the experience enormously.
