Summary:
Just under 3,000 sq ft, this fabulous Hacienda beach house features 5 well-suited bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an ocean view rooftop deck, two incredible outdoor courtyards, and endless sunset, palm tree and water views. Al fresco dining is a must thanks to the spacious backyard patio with grill and table setup for six people. All of this and just a 1/2 block to La Jolla Shores, Kellogg Park, La Jolla Cove and much more!

The Space:
This Spanish beauty has it all for gathering family and friends in one of the most idyllic beach settings.

The expansive family room includes a cozy couch and coordinating love seat for plenty of relaxing space. It is accessible from both the side and rear courtyards for seamless indoor/outdoor living. The custom tiled fireplace, giant flat-screen TV with full cable and a DVD player, wet bar and wine refrigerator, plus surround sound that can be played in the courtyard all compliment the space for endless enjoyment and entertainment.

The bespoke cabinetry, tile, and hand-selected granite countertops are displayed in a large, fully equipped kitchen. Guests will have access to all of the equipment and appliances you'll need to prepare all your meals plus there is breakfast bar seating for two. From the kitchen you have easy access to the indoor dining area as well as the outdoor spaces which make cooking, preparing, serving, and eating scrumptious meals a breeze! The elegant dining room has a table for up to 8 people. You'll have your choice of venue each day!

The first primary suite has a king bed with luxury linens and pillows and is up the magnificently tiled spiral staircase. Enjoy the expansive window's ocean views while relaxing on the plush fainting sofa in front of the room's giant flat-screen TV. Two separate basins, a glass door shower, and a clawfoot bathtub are included in the en suite bathroom.

A king bed and French doors leading to the front courtyard are features of the second master suite. In this recently refurbished room, you can enjoy being warm by the gas fireplace or cool by the ceiling fan. A pedestal sink and a glass-door shower can be found in the private bathroom.

The sizable third bedroom boasts a queen bed, as well as roomy closets and French doors that lead to your own balcony with an ocean view. The third common bathroom, which has a dual sink vanity, a shower, and a tub, is perfectly situated between the bedrooms.

A queen bed, walk-in closet, and French doors leading to the backyard patio are all features of the fourth bedroom. A queen inflatable bed is also available for extra sleeping space. A shower/tub in the fourth bathroom includes high-end fittings and unique tile.

A king bed, walk-in closet, and festive Spanish decor can be found in the fifth bedroom. Open the French doors to another private terrace that overlooks the back courtyard to take in a cool ocean breeze.

Revel in sprawling views from the rooftop deck, enjoy tons of space along with privacy throughout the interior of the home, and take in coastal breezes from the exquisite outdoor patios - enjoy your vacation in gorgeous La Jolla Shores! Walk to everything!

We had a wonderful family vacation in La Jolla and everyone in my family LOVED the home and the location! My adult children were blown away by how nice everything was, how much space we had (Mom—which porch should we enjoy next?!), and how easy it was to enjoy the beach from this STUNNING location! I especially enjoyed the courtyard with the large table because it was SO easy to gather for family dinners! Also, the management team was SUPER accommodating and easy to work with, which was greatly appreciated—no one wants the headache of having a difficult management team to work with when they are on vacation, and everyone at NXT certainly made it easy for us! Loved the location. We walked everywhere from our charming house. Coffee from G’pa’s coffee stand 2 blocks away every morning. Great courtyard to hang out in and cozy beds. Management was very thoughtful sending pics on how to get in (arrived after dark so that was nice.). Quiet rooms slept great! Definitely recommend.

Perfect getaway for a large group

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. The access to beach walks, nearby cafés, and Sunset views from the rooftop are just some of the benefits of staying here. The house was clean, the rooms are large and the communication from the property managers was Immediate. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

FAMILY TOGETHER

Great place for everyone. Had a great time. We asked for heat for the one bedroom on ground floor that had none and were quickly provided a space heater. Location was very good and my adult children loved the Mexican look of the house and the large bedrooms. Kitchen pretty well supplied with cooking utensils. Also we were provided with laundry and dishwasher soap for the stay. Several restaurants approximately 3-4 blocks: beach 1 1/2 block. Would not recommend this place to anyone with disabilities due to stairs but otherwise it is perfect. Rules of the house and things to do before leaving clearly spelled out and printed in a picture frame- east to find and to comply with. I would rcertainly recommend this house

Excellent historic property by the beach

The property is exactly as pictured and the location cannot be beat. The bedrooms are suprisingly spacious for a historic house. It has great charm which we loved but bear in mind it is an older house. The location really cannot be more perfect for a visit to La Jolla and the manager was extremely communicative. We would stay again.

Great Family Reunion

We stayed at this lovely house for a long weekend and the home and location are fantastic. Easily walkable to the beach, downtown, food and bars. We had ten adults and two infants and the home was spacious enough for all.

New favorite beach and total gem to stay at this house right by it

This house was perfect for our family of grown kids now wanting to do family trips still. We love the beach and the beach had the best waves and is clean and not as crowded . We loved all the sea life in the waters close by and did three kayak tour. Also loved the food places within walking distance . Host was super nice and gave lots of help and info for our stay. Can not say enough about how cute and just delightful this house is.

Cute home with great location!

We’ve been coming to La Jolla for the past 6 summers with my family of 5 and my parents. This home was great. Super close to the amazing waves and beach. The beach wagon was a huge help lugging kids stuff to and from the beach. We could have used more than 4 beach chairs and 1 umbrella. The house is so cute with plenty of space for lounging. Nice outdoor patio with hot tub. While there is no A/C, the additional box fans were very helpful. We had an issue with the refrigerator not staying cool, and Alessandro was quick to get a tech but the issue wasn’t resolved. If you’re planning to stay longer than 3 days, bring your own shower products. They only provide hotel sizes in each shower. This home is perfect for larger groups as the bedrooms are all good size and there’s plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Great way to spend a week in CA!

We had a great stay for the kids spring break. Lots of surfing and perfect to go back and forth with boards and chairs to the beach. Also walking to lunch and dinner. Alessandro was a great manager. When needing a vacuum and dust pan he was on it and delivered. Lots of sand that close to the beach so important items. Thank you so much for a memorable week for our family. Love this house!

Great house close to beach

We had a great spring break vacation at this beautiful home. There was plenty of space for everyone, the rooms are all large and the beach is across the street. Just a short walk away! Check in was easy and when we lost WiFi connection the manager came quickly to hook it back up. I would definitely stay here again.
