It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with wood stove), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms (with showers). Wifi (fiber optic), sheets included, towels at an extra charge, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A living room with wood stove, TV, double sofa bed, and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a cot
- A bathroom with shower and washing machine
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- A living room with TV, sofa, wood stove, armchairs, and a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bath

Outside:
- A 125 m² courtyard with a table, chairs and a boules court to enjoy sunny days

The south-west facing house is ideally located in La Latette, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- Sports activities in Cerniebaud, 2.5 km away (horse riding, tubing and cross-country skiing in winter, etc.)
Hiking and mountain biking from the cottage
- Downhill skiing 9.3 miles away in Mouthe and 15.5 miles away in Métabief

Transportation:
A car is essential. You can park directly in the private courtyard of the house (4 vehicles) and the garage (1 vehicle).

- Airports: Dole-Jura 1 hour 15 minutes away and Geneva 1 hour 45 minutes away by car
