This comfortable villa boasts a beautiful terraced garden of 2500m², accessible and inviting for relaxation or to delight children. The villa offers several terraces and a large swimming pool (4.5x10M, secured by an alarm) as well as natural shaded areas thanks to the magnificent and rare umbrella pine tree, all facing south/south-west allowing you to enjoy the sun until sunset.
For your security, the villa is closed by a gate.
Possibility to park two vehicles within the villa's grounds.

Inside, a mezzanine entrance, a living/dining room opening onto a semi-covered terrace in south/east, enjoying a beautiful view of the hills and the sea.
A fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle...etc). An independent toilet.
In the sleeping area on the same level, a double bedroom with a bed (160200cm) and a baby cot. A second bedroom with two twin beds (90190cm). A third bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm). A fourth air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and a bathroom with toilet. A shower room. All these rooms have a beautiful sea view and access to the terrace.
