Designed to host up to 8 guests, it offers air-conditioned interiors, inviting living spaces, and a private roofed terrace ideal for relaxed evenings. Outside, the sparkling pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower invites you to soak up the Mediterranean sun, while the fenced garden provides a peaceful spot for leisurely afternoons.

Just 2 km away, the charming streets of La Motte are waiting to be explored. Local bakeries and markets offer authentic Provencal treats, while the Saint Endreol Golf Course, only 3 km away, caters to golf lovers. Nature enthusiasts can enjoy forest walks just 1 km from the villa or take a short drive to the serene lake at 15 km. For a day at the coast, Fréjus beach and its exciting water sports are within a half-hour drive.

Within 3 km, you’ll find family-run restaurants serving regional dishes paired with local wines. Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
