Spacious and centrally located apartment for 2 people with a wonderful view of the harbor and the bay of Corralejo.
Our rental price includes all utilities, taxes and final cleaning.
The apartment is registered under number VV-35/2/17 as a vacation home with the island government (Cabildo de Fuerteventura).
Description of the apartment:
35sqm living room with kitchenette including large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooker, coffee machine and toaster.
15sqm bedroom with double bed and air conditioning.
Bathroom with a shower.
Terrace (access from the living room).
Washing machine usage.
1 minute to the beach - 30m.
German and Spanish television.
Wireless Internet access.

Beach chairs, parasol, beach sheet, beach bag and backpack.
Shops and restaurants on the doorstep and in the immediate vicinity.
In the building there are two apartments on two floors. Your apartment is on the 2nd floor. Through the staircase you reach the apartment via a 65 sqm patio.

Zentral in der Ltstaadt gelegen mit pahntastischem Blick auf's Meer und schöner Dachterrasse

Viel Platz in der großen WohnkĂŒche und großes Schlafzimmer, bequemes kleines Bad und mit herrlichem Ausblick auf den Hafen. Abends auf der Dachterrase ausspannen. GegenĂŒber dem Eingang ein grĂ¶ĂŸerer Supermarkt, man biegt von da sofort auf die Meerpromenade. NatĂŒrlich abends viel Remmidemmi, Musik auch bei geschlossenem Fenster hörbar bis 4 Uhr morgens - naja, man weiß, wo man ist.

Schönes Stadt Appartement

Das Appartement liegt direkt in der Stadt und am Meer, Check In und Check Out auch in der Corona Zeit sehr gut. Restaurants waren zum grĂ¶ĂŸten Teil geöffnet, nur halt weniger Touristen. Selber Waschen geht zur Zeit nicht wegen Corona aber Cheli hat das ĂŒbernommen, sehr gut. Wir hatten fast die ganze Zeit so gut wie kein Internet, 2 Tage vor Abreise wurde auf DSL umgestellt was jetzt natĂŒrlich super schnell ist, fĂŒr den Internet Ausfall bekamen wir eine Gutschrift, was wir als einen sehr guten Service betrachten. Leo der Sohn von Herr Hardtmann stand uns die ganze Zeit mit Rat zur Seite, nochmal vielen Dank.

Ein Geheimtipp, den man eigentlich fĂŒr sich behĂ€lt. Eine bessere Unterkunft und Lage gibt es nicht.

Amazing views

A super place to stay in corralejo. Very central lots of places to eat and drink. A lovely coastal walk to the beautiful sand dunes and back. Excellent bus service too ,easy to use and will save you quite a bit of money if you use it to and from the airport.

Che vista!!!

Appena apri la porta per arrivare all'appartamento, ti trovi davanti le scale che luccicano e subito hai la sensazione di entrare in un appartamento molto pulito. La sensazione si trasforma in certezza una volta visto l'appartamento. La casa Ăš pulitissima complimenti a Chelli Ăš fantastica. Un grazie a Vanessa e Thomas che sono sempre disponibili e cortesi, ma soprattutto perchĂ© hanno creato un appartamento meraviglioso non dimenticherĂČ facilmente la vista che abbiamo con quella grande finestra. Praticamente siamo dentro l'oceano, con quei colori meravigliosi.. Il divano comodissimo e quella poltrona reclinabile fantastica dove ti metti in pieno relax a contemplare quel bellissimo panorama.. Vacanza bellissima Vanessa e Thomas host da 5 stelle... Arrivederci a presto..

This was our second visit to the apartment. However the wifi was poor and internet router was changed during our stay, we had engineers in the apartment for 2 hours after the engineers were delayed starting the job. The same evening, there was a major water leak on the roof, and we had reduced and then no water on our last day. We have been offered compensation of a fre night on our next holiday but we would want to claim one days accommodation refund for all the problems on the last two days of our stay. Leo the property manager dealt with all the problems but the lack of water and no wifi for two days meant that our enjoyable week in the apartment came to a disappointing end.

Schöne FeWo

Schöne gerĂ€umige Wohnung mit toller Sonnenterrasse und grossartigem Blick. Die Wohnung ist fĂŒr fast alle BedĂŒrfnisse gut ausgestattet und wenn doch was fehlt, sind die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns 3 Wochen sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt! Einzig das WLAN ist grottenschlecht. Der Strand ist direkt vor der TĂŒr. Dort stehen Schilder mit"Baden verboten" , warum das so ist, hat sich uns nicht erschlossen. Es haben trotzdem alle, auch wir gebadet! In der direkten Umgebung gibt es unzĂ€hlige Restaurants und Bars. Auch einen kleinen Supermarkt gegenĂŒber. Wir hatten fĂŒr die 3 Wochen ein Auto gemietet. Braucht man aber eigentlich nicht (zumal die Parkplatzsituation eine Katastrophe ist) denn fĂŒr AusflĂŒge könnte man sich tageweise ein Auto direkt vor Ort mieten. Alles in allem, sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Alles perfekt!

Wir haben im MĂ€rz 3 Wochen in Corralejo verbracht und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung ĂŒber dem Hafen liegt mitten im brodelnden Leben von Corralejo und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir sind hĂ€ufig in den umliegenden Restaurants u Tapa Bars essen gegangen oder haben das gemĂŒtliche Casa Playita genossen u den frischen Fisch zuhause zubereitet. Die Betreuung durch die EigentĂŒmer ist einfach perfekt 😊. Danke -wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

My wife and I stayed at Casa Playita in Corralejo for ten days from 26th September until 6th October 2018 and I can honestly say it was a pleasure to stay in such a modern wonderful property.Everything was taken into consideration from teaspoons to every modern appliances that you may or may not need, although you have everything at your disposal with so many good restaurants on your doorstep who would want to stay in and cook, certainly not us but if you did you have everything to hand.The large bed I must say was very comfortable and the bedroom had air conditioning.l believe this property fully deserves my five star review and we will definitely booking again, thank you Thomas for a wonderful stay

A room with a view of heaven!

Lovely spacious property at the waterfront. Attention to detail was amazing with everything you need for a terrific break. There is a picture window in the living area with a view that can only be described as majestic. The air conditioning in the bedroom is a life saver and I understand that in the past the picture window opened back completely which I am sure filled the living area with fresh sea air making air conditioning in the lounge unnecessary. However there are now two areas that open making the living area very warm at times. There is a lovely outside space with furniture and umbrella which is ideal for relaxation. The supermarket is literally outside the door and there are lots of bars and restaurants only steps away. The owners are incredibly nice people who really want you to enjoy your stay and do everything possible to make it happen. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Thomas!

A lovely relaxing week in a fabulous spacious apartment with a lovely small sun terrace that overlooks a small beach and the port. Right in the middle of everything and yet could hear nothing! Lovely and relaxing and everything to hand. The beach 20 seconds away, the busy square 30 seconds away, right off the lovely busy main street with a host of bars, tapas bars and restaurants. A fantastic panoramic view from the sitting room to greet you every morning. A most enjoyable and relaxing week.

Entspannte Wochen in zentraler Lage

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung und in den letzten Jahren ca.sechs Mal in Corralejo. Die Wohnung war in einem Top-Zustand und blitzsauber. Fehlende Kleinigkeiten der umfangreichen KĂŒchenausstattung wurden direkt von uns gekauft und sofort in bar erstattet. Sehr kulantes und unkompliziertes Verhalten seitens des Vermieters. Die wöchentlichen Zwischenreinigungen mit WĂ€schewechsel waren hervorragend. Gerne sind wir dort wieder zu Gast.

proprio la casa che cercavo, in pieno centro vista magnifica, appartamento con tutte le comoditĂ . Padrone di casa sempre disponibile e collaborativo, ma si era capito giĂ  al primo approccio. Spero di trovarlo libero per la prossima vacanza
