Detached Villa With Private Heated Pool & Wifi (Both Optional)

This detached villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and enjoys its own spacious and secluded private garden. It has a gated private drive. This property has been furnished to provide maximum comfort. Within the tiled and walled garden with it’s large heated swimming pool (optional - see booking notes) there are sun loungers, tables and chairs and a barbecue for alfresco eating, with the addition of a spacious roof terrace from which to watch the sun go down over a glass of wine – or two! 15-20 mins walk to the main street of Corralejo. It is within easy reach of many of the best beaches in the north of the island. There are plenty of superbly stocked supermarkets in Corralejo as well as local stores and cafes within a short walking distance.
Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am unless otherwise agreed with the villa manager Paul.

Maison agreable et bien placée mais on entend bien la route

La maison est agreable et bien Ă©quipĂ©, il n'y a pas la clim et ce ne serait pas un problĂšme s'il n'y avait la 4 voies juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© qui empĂȘche de dormir les fenĂȘtres ouvertes.

Great villa, spacious with a great outdoor area and massive roof terrace. We used the pool every day. Great proximity to the centre of town which can be done in a 15-20 minute walk. Only one thing which would really enhance the villa would be air conditioning as could be very stuffy at night with just fans in the middle of July. All in all an excellent stay and would recommend.

Wonderful villa

This villa is an absolutely lovely place to stay. There is plenty of space, it is very clean, the pool was wonderful (we had it heated and it was perfect). It is only a 15-20 minute walk into the main town of Corralejo where there is a fantastic choice of restaurants. Would definitely recommend this beautiful villa and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location .

We have been to the villa numerous times now and it is in a great location , so relaxing , near to main shopping strip of corralejo . The villa since staying last time has had new modern bathrooms installed , which are lovely . The pool is of good size and the villa has everything you need . Great communication with Ray and very easy check in by a gate key code .

February family holiday

The spacious villa was ideal for our needs, it was very clean and smelled fresh on arrival. Both the gate and front door are difficult to open and close and need adjusting to avoid having to slam. The WiFi was excellent and the TV has English channels. Kitchen is dated but clean with a good supply of condiments. Bedrooms have comfortable beds, duvets and extra blankets. Bathrooms are modern, showers powerful and perfect for us. The outdoor area is large, we made use of the BBQ and enjoyed watching the sun go down from the patio. The rattan furniture in the seating area could do with renewing as showing signs of wear and sagging but still usuable. The pool was enjoyed by all, we paid to have it heated and the temperature was perfect. There were inflatable rings, beach ball etc. to use and it was cleaned by Dave before we arrived and while we were there. It’s probably in need of an upgrade as the blue tile pattern has worn off but nothing that prevents it from being fully usuable. The sunbeds are cracked in places and their cushions are in desperate need of replacing as they are very grubby, clearly very well used. There is a busy road very close to the villa, it is noisy but didn’t spoil things for us. The town is a 20 minute walk and a taxi home costs around 6 euros with tip. The property manager Tina was quick to respond when we had a problem and this was resolved quickly. Overall we had a great, relaxing holiday in Ray’s villa, many thanks also to Tina and Dave.

Christmas Stay

Overall a good stay at the villa which is what we expected for the price. The only downsides for us where the heated pool was not hot enough and we still couldn't use it despite paying extra for it and asking specifically for it to be warm. As we stayed in the winter this was a negative.Also just the beds banging against the wall could be fixed so easily as literally keep you awake every time you turn over in the night but beds were comfy. However there are lots of positives the villa has everything you need and is so well equipped with towels, push chairs, books, heaters , alll kitchen facilities and condiments etc. so spacious inside and out and was spotlessly clean. Villa manager lovely and helpful as well. Good communication when needed. We would return and recommend to others. But we would not bother paying for the pool to be heated.

Go for it

The villa and the heated pool were quite OK and the host, Ray especially so - not so much the strict manager. ThereÂŽs a busy highway just on the other side of the courtyard wall. Otherwise the surroundings were quiet.

Perfect Place

What an amazing property. Juat close enough and just far enough away from the busy area. Near to the beach and the volcanic horizon. The property had great amenties, was very clean, had a lovely pool and was perfect for us to relax in and go out and about easily if we wanted. The owner sent very clear instructions on how to get there from.the airport and there was a very conicise folder about the surrounding area. Thank you, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable break.

Spacious, well-equipped and comfortable villa

Very comfortable and spacious villa. Refurbished bathrooms and internal tiled floors are a delight. Noise from the main road at the back is a little annoying, but we got used to it. Not always easy to park by our gate because of neighbour's cars, but these are minor quibbles. Overall, a lovely place to stay, relax and explore the area.

Beautiful Villa - Great Communication

This was a winter break for us. It's a beautiful villa in a quiet area just a short 10 min walk to the shops and restaurants. I think a security light at the gate area would have been helpful for returning to the villa at night. Newly refurbished bathrooms were lovely, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped, nice private pool area with plenty of comfortable seating outdoors. We arrived late in the day and were disappointed slightly when although there was a starter of washing up & toilet roll there was no hand soap. I think even a very small amount to do the day of arrival would have been very much appreciated and needed more than dishwasher tablets, at that time. Fantastic communication from the owners, very helpful and responsive throughout. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend 😀 Thanks Ray

1 dobbeltseng med topmadras, 1 enkeltseng med topmadras. 3 enkeltsenge uden topmadras. sÄ der er bÄde hÄrde og blÞde senge. Huset trÊnger til vedligeholdelse, men det er pÄbegyndt! Dejlig pool, vi havde valgt opvarmning, men det fungerede ikke (bliver sikkert repareret). Opvaskemaskine virkede ikke, men undertegnede og manager klarede sammen at reparere den.

Family holiday

We recently stayed at this villa. We have no complaints, we had a wonderful time and the location is perfect for being close enough to walk into the town area but far enough to not be in the hustle and bustle. The bathrooms have recently been upgraded and are really lovely. We would 100% stay here again.

Excellent Villa

Stayed here with our Daughter aged 21 in July 2022. Villa was excellent and as per photos (although was bigger than photos) Its about a 20 minute walk to the main strip or 4 euro in a taxi. Villa had everything we needed and had recently had new bathrooms installed so looks very modern. Host was very easy to contact and quick to reply so on the whole excellent stay and would have not hesitation of staying again.

Excellent property - upgrade need and programmed

This was an excellent property, layout, facilities and all it promised. It was well appointed with items required in the kitchen, for the pool etc. It also has TV for all including BBC/ITV for all UK nations - great addition if needed. The property needs a bit of an upgrade in terms of paintwork and general TLC - but from our understanding this is due imminently and once done this will be an excellent holiday experience. The property is within walking distance, if physically able, to shops etc. My party had a fantastic holiday in this excellent property - we have to thank the owner for all assistance given before and during our stay. We would recommend this property highly.
