Would give a good review but was charged $60 for some dirt on towels. Reached out about refund but haven’t heard back.

Dear guest, thank you for your review, unfortunately the towels were so dirty that we were not be able to use them again, that is why we had to charge them, also there were other products that also had stains but we managed to clean them and we did not charge these other ones, our policy about our products is displayed on each room just to avoid this type of incidents, which we are very sure it was not intentional but also we can not use them again, I have not received any message yet about the refund but you can contact me directly on em@stannumhotels.comOnce again, thank for your comments and despite this issue we hope you had a nice stay.Kind regards

Posted Feb. 20, 2024 on HotelsAn incredible place to stay. With the hustle of La Paz all around it’s an oasis. Modern, clean rooms. In an excellent location, easy to catch the cable cars and in a very safe area. Easy and safe parking. Connected to a small mall with a great movie theatre. Loved our stay. Also all the staff were fantastic.

Fantastic stay, great staff
Posted Feb. 9, 2024 on HotelsHad a lovely 4-night stay in room #508, king bed, jacuzzi tub, Mountain View, with breakfast. Room was spacious and very clean. Everything in good working order. Due to design there isn't a desk but two chairs and a small table. I had a Zoom event and could have used a desk, but there is a business center to use. Only improvement is to add a few more hangars and one more robe for couples.
Breakfast each day was very good and plentiful. Lots of eggs options made-to-order, coffees, tea, juices, pastries and fruit. Really liked the pancakes.
Notable staff who made our stay are Carla, Abigail, Ruth, Maya and Gabriel. Thank you for your warm hospitality!
Hotel is in a great neighborhood location at Multicine and only a few steps from the Linea Blanca (Arce) and Linea Celeste teleférico stations. Hotel will loan you a rechargeable teleférico card that makes riding very easy! $3Bs to ride, $2Bs to transfer on same ride. Very clean and safe and amazing views!
When visiting La Paz take a Red Cap walking tour and eat at Cocina Popular and Gustu. You won't forget them.

Attractive property in heart of LaPaz. Warm, helpful staff in a lively city. Tasty in-house restaurant with strong locally sourced menu options. Easy access to key sites and a short hip back to airport.
