The old Engadine farmhouse in which the flat is located is in a very quiet location at the beginning of La Punt (over the Inn bridge, 1st street on the left, last house on the right), not far from the large St. Moritz ski area and directly on the marathon cross-country ski trail. The flat is close to the bus stop and a train stop that lead to the ski areas and to St. Moritz. In the village itself there is a small ski lift (perfect for small children and beginners), supermarket and bakery are in the immediate vicinity of the flat, sports shop, hairdresser, Bank-o-Mat, tourist information office, post office, various restaurants are in the village. In summer there are many opportunities for marvellous hikes and mountain tours, inline skating and cycling. Bicycles of all kinds are available for hire. There are two 18-hole golf courses in the immediate vicinity. The Swiss National Park begins 9.5 km away in the village of S-chanf. There, after a 1.5-hour hike, you can observe chamois, roe deer and stags at close range, and bearded vultures may also circle above you.
The flat itself is located on the 1st floor of the Chesa "Engel". The entire flat is furnished mainly with Swiss stone pine furniture. Living room: south-facing balcony, dining area for 4 people, cosy leather couch, TV, radio, telephone, WLAN. Kitchen, equipped with fridge, freezer, electric cooker, extractor fan, dishwasher, coffee machine, egg cooker, blender, pressure cooker, toaster, service for 8 persons, fondue set for cheese and meat and other kitchen utensils separated from the living room by a counter.
Hoover available. 1st bedroom: French double bed made of wood (160 cm wide, separate mattresses, separate duvets), spacious built-in wardrobe. 2nd bedroom: 2 wooden beds (bunk beds), wardrobe, chest, mirror, shelf. Bathroom: shower, washbasin, WC. Hallway: wardrobe and wall cupboard. Underfloor heating and tiled floor in all rooms.
Cellar: communal room for storing skis and ski boots. Bicycles can also be stored here. Workbench for preparing cross-country and alpine skis available. Free car park: directly in front of the house on your own property. A garden with barbecue area and swings can also be used by guests.

The open fireplace cannot be used for technical reasons.

The four flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
