At PGA West`s Signature Community in La Quinta, this single-level home is built for the kind of stay where mornings begin poolside and evenings end by a crackling fire pit under a star-filled sky.

Living spaces
The open living area connects effortlessly to the backyard through stackable glass doors, blurring the line between indoors and out. A large Smart TV anchors comfortable seating, and central heating, air conditioning, and ceiling fans keep the space comfortable year-round. A dedicated workspace and Ethernet connection make longer stays practical, while Wifi keeps everyone connected.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. The main suite features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate walk-in shower, and direct patio access. Bedroom #2 offers a king bed, and Bedroom #3 has two full beds. Smart TVs are in each bedroom and the living room. A crib and Pack `n play/Travel crib are available upon request.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked for home-cooked meals, with a stainless steel oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a blender, a toaster, a baking sheet, and barbecue utensils are all included. A drip coffee maker and hot water kettle are ready for slow mornings, and the dining table seats the group for meals in before heading out.

Outdoor living
The private pool and private hot tub take center stage in the backyard, with unobstructed mountain views as the backdrop. A fire pit, BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, and sun loungers round out the space, and a putting green adds a fun touch. Hot tub heat is included. Pool heat is available at a daily fee of $75, up to 86 degrees - typically needed October through May. Summer months, the pool temperature naturally sits between 85 and 95 degrees.

Community amenities
Within the Signature Community, guests also enjoy access to a shared gym, community pool, bocce ball, and shuffleboard courts. Free parking on premises and keypad self check-in make arrivals straightforward.

Location
You`re a two-minute walk from Ernie`s Bar and Grill and the Stadium Course clubhouse. Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and the Empire Polo Fields are all a short drive away - putting the best of the Coachella Valley within easy reach.

Additional details
Washer and free dryer, bathroom essentials, hair dryer, iron, and extra pillows and blankets are all provided. Long-term stays are welcome.

NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please inquire for larger groups!

NOTE- SPA Heat is included. Pool Heat is a daily fee of 75 dollars up to 86 degrees.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-8AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
