The Space:

A downstairs Legacy Villas studio with a king bed, mini-bar, fireplace, full bathroom and private patio will make your next stay in La Quinta comfortable and enjoyable. The bedroom opens to a private patio with a community fountain providing a tranquil setting for outdoor living. The bedroom provides ample living space with a closet, desk and chest of drawers. The mini-bar contains a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Disposable utensils and dishware are located in a cabinet above the mini-bar. The bathroom has a shower and a separate soaking tub with adequate linens for use during your stay. The condo is a short-walk to the main community pools and fitness center. Located at the front of Legacy Villas, the property is also a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and a short-drive to Old Town La Quinta. The studio can be combined with LV203 (Downstairs Two Bedroom Villa Close to the Main Pools).



The Neighborhood:

The vacation villa is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Legacy Villas is a community of 280 resort condominiums and townhomes. The community is nestled in a mountain cove on the western side of La Quinta with views of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains throughout the property. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbeque. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour manned security. The community is a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds and numerous other desert attractions.



La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Humana Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert!

Lovely studio apartment

Excellent place to stay to attend Indian Wells tennis tournament. The tennis garden is about 3 mi away. The unit had all that we needed for our stay. Appreciated the cups, bowls and plastic cutlery so we can have breakfast treats in the room.

Very disappointed by the management

We were not allowed to park on site due to property group over booking there rooms. I tried multiple times to get a hold of someone but had no luck. Also the WiFi login provided did not work. My wife was unable to work from the room and had to find other arrangements. The response time took over a day and a half that said they would work on resolving the issues. They didn’t so we left.

On the last evening of my stay, there were two (I think) incessantly barking dogs in the unit next door. I opted to stay with a friend rather than risk sleep disruption. I requested a refund for the last night from the property management company but haven’t heard from them.

Beautiful gated villa. Close to shopping and restaurants. Pools were nice although the water was pretty cold for early Oct. Only concern was that the A/C was too noisy to have on overnight so uncomfortably warm sleeps. Otherwise well equipped and nice property.

5-star Stay!

Loved everything about our stay at Legacy Villas! It was the perfect location for us for our first visit to the Palm Springs/Desert area and La Quinta specifically. Communicatio was top-notch from California Villas and the room we had was perfect for myself and my girlfriend. Gate staff at the condos were friendly and helpful and the room amenities were perfect for us as we had no need for a full-kitchen or anything like that. Bathroom was spacious and the the separate tub and shower were a great way to rinse of then enjoy the tub for a little R&R. Room was pleasantly larger than expected as well with plenty of closet and drawer space. All-in-all a quiet, peaceful stay with an extremely affordable rate in comparison to other condos in the area for the weekend. We needed to book an additional night that wasn't available through California Villas and that ended up being considerable more than the per night rate at Legacy and that was for a room at MOTEL 6! We can't complain and we'll be back!
