LQ121, is a sensational 3 bedroom Pet-Friendly townhome located in the beautiful community of Legacy Villas. Enjoy being in the heart of La Quinta in a home that stands apart from the competition as one of the few models without a neighbor above or below you! This 1731 square foot single story townhouse is perfect for couples, friends or families. Enjoy preparing meals in the gourmet kitchen which offers granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and cookware. Enjoy gatherings around the dining table that comfortably seats 6 people. The living room features a plenty of seating. Enjoy watching your favorite movie on the large flat screen TV while being accompanied by the cozy fireplace right beneath it. The living room provides an exit to the patio that offers an outdoor dining table and Barbecue. The views of the adjacent Santa Rosa Mountains will make you want to extend your vacation indefinitely. The large master bedroom shares easy access to the patio with the great room. Gorgeous and spacious home!

This was our sixth stay in Legacy Villas; first time at this unit. We absolutely loved it! The pictures don’t do justice of how beautiful the unit is. The rooms are very spacious and the house has a nice layout. This unit is in the back of the property backing up to the mountains, so it is very peaceful. Communication was good. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home but a few issues

The home was beautiful and well appointed. We stayed for Coachella and The setup of the rooms was perfect for our group. A few negatives
. What people said about the sheets and towels is 100% true. They are super hard and low quality and the hard water was terrible on our hair too. Also, the Wi-Fi and cell service were terrible. Luckily we didn’t have work to do but if you are trying to work remotely don’t depend on the Wi-Fi here. When we checked in the garage door wouldn’t open, we called the number for help but my friend fixed it in the meantime, and then someone came shortly after. For what we paid these things should have been perfect.

Great location, secluded within a gated community

The condo was nice. Could have been a bit cleaner. Only 2 kitchen towels and no cleaning supplies except dish soap. Towels were dingy and not fluffy. Also, there was no salt -at all, though there was pepper and a few other spices. I suspect these are all cleaning service issues. I purchased what I needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the equipment needed. Would definitely stay here again. Great location and Leicestershire view.

Absolute Blast

Our family of 5 (3 boys between 3-8) had an absolute blast at Legacy Villas. The property itself was quiet, clean, close to a ton of pools, and offered incredibly comfortable furniture (especially the master bed). The patio is nestled in between the hills for a spectacular and private location to grill up some food and eat our family meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Review of cleanliness

The attention to cleanliness detail was disappointing. Given Covid we would have expected a higher level clean prior to our arrival. There was dust on many shelves, towels had been washed had permanent stains that were concerning, some pot lifs had finger prints on them indicating they were not washed well, the were crumbs on the main couch, most walls had some sort of stain on them that appeared to be fluid in nature and the interior paint and patching has not been kept up. Many walls and peeling paint. Overall great house and great location but it needs some TLC

Palm Beach Getaway

We were pleased with everything except the carpets were filthy. It is time to get new or put tile down. Location was great. Lock on the door was tricky. Also, there were no extra blankets of any kind. We know it is Covid time but we have stayed where there were light blankets that can be easily washed between guests.

Very high potential -- not fulfilled

The location of the unit was awesome, quiet location that backs up to the surrounding mountains. The development was well maintained. We have stayed in the development in the past. The layout of the townhome was good. The reason for the relatively poor overall rating is two fold: (1) the carpet in the master bedroom was dirty and some of the towels in all the bathrooms were old and dirty; and (2) our visit was at the beginning of the Covid-19 virus becoming more wide spread, so paper towels and toilet paper were sold out in the stores. Our unit came with one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper (not a new roll) per bathroom. We called the management company and were able to get one additional roll of paper towels but no toilet paper. We ran out of toilet paper. I recognize that the rental agreement says that there is only an initial supply of paper goods and we are responsible for purchasing additional supplies. However, given the circumstances of the virus and no paper goods available in stores, I don't think it was unreasonable to expect the management company to provide additional paper goods. Of note is that there were likely many cancellations due to the virus, as the development was pretty empty, so the use of paper goods in the development was much lower than normal.
