The Development is Lighthouse Pointe Estates gated community about 15 min. drive from Costa Palmas. An easy hour drive from the San Jose Del Cabo International Airport.
This beautiful new overall 9,504 SF home w/ patios and 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and Pickleball court has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and is located right on the sandy dunes of a white sand beach steps from the turquoise ocean.
This home is all about comfort of modern living, 4 individual king suites with ocean views. 1 bedroom with 4 queen bunk beds . 12–15-foot ceilings throughout house, 12ft tall sliders opening to pool/beach. Beautiful chef kitchen with high end appliances with a 20ft long kitchen island. Cozy large sectional couch sitting in Livingroom.
