Our whole La Rochelle experience was amazing... from the situation of the apartment to the surrounding amenities were spot on... lots of eateries around the apartment but to go into La Rochelle is a must, what a vibrant place!! Restaurants and shopping plentiful. There is a water bus that goes every half an hour to La Rochelle from les minimes and back again... all through the marina... will definitely return... thank you

Lovely place!

We had a really lovely week at Catherine's apartment in La Rochelle. The apartment was clean and adequately equipped, but we didn't spend a lot of time in it! The balcony looking over the beach and the sea is fabulous and we spent a lot of time sitting there watching the world go by and admiring the view! The apartment complex and surrounding area was very quiet at night and meant we slept very well. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and the bakery two minutes away was superb. The directions weren't the best and, once we had found it, we couldn't find a way to get into the complex...but a call to Catherine soon sorted the problem. It was good to meet Catherine who was very kind and courteous. We would recommend the apartment and the location to anyone.

Great beach family holiday

We recently stayed at Catherine’s apartment for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We received a warm welcome and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It’s location close to the beach was great for our little ones, with a great bakery and some handy restaurants nearby. We had a huge bowl of mussels at Le Recif, great food and service at Le Cargo and had good fish ‘n’ chips at Le Merluchon. The ice cream at Tonton Maboule was excellent, with biq queues as very popular. There were only a couple of small negatives: there is no decent super market nearby, it’s a 15 to 20 minute walk to the nearest Carrefour or catch the 43 bus (€1.30) from right outside the apartment on Rue Lucile. There was also no broadband for Internet access, though we had good 4G data access, so not much of a problem for us. I’d definitely recommend this property for a beach family holiday.

This is our second year running - we love it so much! The location and views are wonderful and the apartment has everything we need. The owner Catherine is really helpful and friendly - even though we had failed to pay the second instalment! We would recommend it to anyone.

Eine Woche Erholung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Françoise, der Vertreterin unserer Vermieterin Catherine, empfangen. Die Wohnung ist gerĂ€umig und sehr hell, es ist genug Stauraum fĂŒr das GepĂ€ck. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet. Das frische Baguette fĂŒrs FrĂŒhstĂŒck gibt es um die Ecke. Das Auto kann getrost in der Garage stehenbleiben, denn nach La Rochelle fĂ€hrt der "Bus de Mer" oder der Linienbus auf der Straße. Bei herrlichem Wetter war es fĂŒr uns Erholung pur, vor allem bei dem Ausblick auf Strand und Meer.

Direkt am Strand, toller Blick, hervorragendes Preis-LeistungsverhÀltnis

Wir haben unsere Woche in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist einfach, bietet aber alles, was man benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Strand und am Hafen ist großartig. Mit dem Bus de Mer, dem normalen Bus oder zu Fuß kommt man gut in die Stadt.

Un séjour exceptionnel face à l'océan dans un appartemment douillet, joliment décoré et fonctionnel

L'appartemment proposĂ© -oĂč rien ne manque pour un sĂ©jour rĂ©ussi- est clair, dans des tons lumineux et chaleureux. Le cadre est exceptionel face Ă  l'ocĂ©an et la plage, le balcon equipĂ© permet de profiter du panorama offert par la nature. Des commerces de proximitĂ© se trouvent Ă  deux pas de la rĂ©sidence. Enfin il faut noter l'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilitĂ© de nos onterlocutrices : propriĂ©taire et personne Ă  l'accueil. Nous renouvellerons certainement cette premiĂšre expĂ©rience dans cet hĂ©bergement.

Proximité plage garantie

Logement trĂšs idĂ©alement situĂ©, la terrasse est presque sur la plage, vue sur l'ocĂ©an changeant au file des heures, un regal des yeux. Tout est Ă  proximitĂ© : boulangerie, supĂ©rette, pharmacie, tabac, et restaurants. L'embarcadĂšre est 5 minutes pieds, du coup on fait tout Ă  pieds, plus besoin de voiture. L'accĂšs au centre ville, quartier Gabut est facile, avec des locations de vĂ©los pour les balades. Le logement en lui-mĂȘme est super joli, idĂ©al pour une famille de 4 personnes, et tout Ă©quipĂ©, et le + : la place de parking en sous-sol, mais un peu Ă©troite.

Strand, Sand und Sonnenuntergang

Unser Urlaub war sehr erholsam. Die Wohnungseinrichtung und die KĂŒchenausstattung haben uns den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht. Das Auto hat einen sicheren Platz. Die Umgebung war sauber und schön. Der Strand ist gepflegt. Diese Ferienwohnung und die Stadt La Rochelle, sind sehr empfehlenswert!

Magnifique vue sur la plage des Minimes que nous avons tellement apprĂ©ciĂ© ! Un appartement trĂšs propre, bien agencĂ© avec tout le confort, un dĂ©cor trĂšs agrĂ©able ! L’emplacement est vraiment bien aussi, tout Ă  proximitĂ©, on a vraiment passĂ© une semaine superbe ! À faire et refaire !

L’appartement est super! Il y a tout ce qu’il faut et la vue est fantastique! Tout est a proximitĂ©, plage, restaurant, boulangerie, Ă©picerie, le bus de mer est a deux pas pour vous dĂ©poser en pleins centre ville de La Rochelle en profitant d’un moment agrĂ©able en bateau !
