Friendly, welcoming staff
Nice, comfortable bar and lounge area
We were travelling with our two Frenchies and the room we had was perfect for us

The best location! Staff is extremely polite and helpful.
We had a room facing the pool and one thing that was a bit annoying is that the music speakers at the pool were going late into the evening and we had to call to get them to turn it off. (Which they did every time) but after 10 pm, please turn off the music outside.
