Casa Nostra by KlabHouse is a splendid 5 bedrooms colonial style villa with private pool located in Casa de Campo Resort, at walking distance from Playa Minitas Beach, where our guests will have free access to the beach and the 3 pools, and La Marina, where are located the harbor, the main restaurants, cinema and shops.

The villa comes with a full time daily private staff for housekeeping and chef who will pamper you every moment of your stay and can prepare incredible Italian style meals for breakfast and lunch. For a little extra price, you can have staff and chef also for dinner.

The property provides 5 bedrooms all equipped with Air Conditioning and private bathrooms

The wide outdoor living patio and garden is perfect for relaxing with family and friends and enjoying the beautiful views of the golf course. It has a comfortable outdoor dining table that accommodates eight to ten guests for all your meals.

A sunny 30ft long pool with sunbeds and towels will help you refreshing from the warmest part of the day or if you want to relax at home and don’t want to reach the near beach.

The living room is about 200 square meters with colonial style columns and different lounge areas.

The Villa is equipped with WIFI and stunning view on the 17th hole of La Romana Country Club Golf Course.

Basic rate does NOT include the Casa de Campo resort fee that is to be paid on arrival at the resort:

Resort fee includes access at villa owner’s preferential rate to equestrian center, tennis courts, casa de campo spa, golf courses, advance tee times and reservations at applicable rates, fitness center, and it includes towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and free access to the beach and to the 3 pools at Minitas Beach. Moreover, it will allow special offers and promotions for private rental guests in hotel’s restaurants, sports facilities and activities and access to the services of Central Romana Medical Center.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful vacation at CDC! The location of this house was perfect. Not far from anything. Sitting in the back overlooking the golf course was so peaceful. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool was so refreshing. The staff was friendly and helpful even though all of our communicating was through a translate app. I do have a few suggestions for future people who stay here: 1. You need to order/buy everything from tissues, hand soap, laundry detergent and lots of bottled water. It would be great if the house had a large water dispenser to avoid so many plastic bottles. 2. Bring a lot of cash! You will need it to pay for groceries the staff buys, golf carts, a 500 deposit for the carts and tips. We had to make many trips to the atm because they had daily limits on withdrawals. 3. If you have the cook prepare meals for you, be very specific, even with recipes perhaps. Having dinner at the house did not work out for us. At past CDC homes we have rented, they made freshly caught fish and local specialties with rice and beans - so delicious! But breakfast was good and many of the restaurants are great. 4. There is a disconnect between CDC security and home renters. When we were leaving on Sunday morning, our car service that we had arranged in advance could not enter CDC. The housekeeper called a taxi to take us to our car service at the gate (25 for 2 miles). It was very stressful! We had a great time and would certainly rent this lovely home again.

A great week spent

My husband and I took a last minute trip down to Casa de Campo and it was everything we hoped. The house was spacious, the staff were friendly, the golf was impeccable. It was a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Exceptional in every way!

From the moment we arrived at the villa we knew we were going to have the best week! Maira, the housekeeper, met us with the warmest and kindest hello. Hugging our kids immediately and helped us get settled. The pictures are exactly what the property looks like. The location is perfect right by the beach and marina and super close to tennis and golf. We traveled with our 11 year old twins. There was enough space for all. We met new friends here and had them over for drinks on the amazing patio while the kids swam in the inviting pool! We can’t wait to come back. If you like big, beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated this place is it.
