Chalet Rivière is a beautiful, light, south-facing chalet on the banks of the Guisane river in the Jardin Alpin area of the extensive ski and summer activity resort of Serre Chevalier. The chalet is 350 metres' walk, over a footbridge and past the lake, to the Pontillas ski lift, 200 metres to the cross country skiing area and 150 metres to the ecological lake with its beaches, bathing and river sports in summer, tennis and horse-riding. It has free, private parking. There is a free resort navette that goes past the door.

Chalet Rivière has 5, two- or three-person bedrooms, all with bathroom or shower rooms, some with balconies, a large fitted kitchen and spacious dining and sitting area with a generous south-facing balcony, as well as a mezzanine tv/reading space. There is also a garage/utility space downstairs.

Chalet Rivière, on the banks of the Guisane river, is built in half-levels with the living spaces at the top, taking advantage of the stunning views south to the Rochebrune and Briancon, opposite towards the valley and mountains, and north to the Col du Lautaret.
