Boat-bus: An original way of getting to Toulon? Take the maritime boat-bus from the Sablettes pier (a 6-minute walk away). Line 18M is a pleasant 20-minute crossing with a view over the harbour.
SNCF station: La Seyne-sur-Mer station is around 15 minutes away by car or 25 minutes by bus.
