- a parental suite of 20m2 with private bathroom (renovation 2017). 140cm bed, large wardrobe / wardrobe.
- a large double bedroom of 140cm, large wardrobe / wardrobe. Surface: 18m2.
- a bedroom with two 90cm beds, wardrobe and two dressers. Surface: 16m2.

An additional bathroom completes the sleeping area, also renovated in 2017.

Bed linen and towels not provided.

The 800m2 garden is landscaped and equipped with automatic watering, without special maintenance.
