The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Arcachon-style house:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Wooden extension:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, wood stove (wood provided) and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, dryer, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful, private, enclosed garden with trees, covering 250 m²
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Cazaux, close to the lake and canal, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Water sports at Lake Cazaux: beach and swimming, pedal boats, windsurfing, wing foiling, kite surfing, Hobie Cat, sailing, fishing
