In the heart of La Tranche-sur-Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE*** residence is the ideal place to spend your vacation in a dream setting. With direct access to the beach, a relaxing outdoor pool open and heated from May 1st to September 3rd, with a paddling pool, jacuzzi, and secure private parking, and a paid laundry room (washing machine/dryer) are available.

It consists of a 23 m² living area with a sofa bed that converts to a double bed, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and multi-function microwave. A first bedroom with a sea view features a 160x200 double bed and a walk-in closet. A second bedroom has two 80x190 single beds that can be pushed together, and a walk-in closet. A bathroom with a walk-in shower. A separate toilet and storage room. This bright apartment features a large bay window opening onto a spacious 14m² balcony with patio furniture. It has the Clévacances 3-key label. Shops and restaurants are 50m away, and the beach is in front of the residence.
A free private parking space is available for one vehicle per apartment. Please note, there are no visitor spaces available. Low-speed Wi-Fi access is also available.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge. Baby equipment (crib and high chair) is available upon reservation and subject to availability.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be performed by the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort that will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach... multiple landscapes which will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche-Sur-Mer is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
