Disappointed and basic.

Very basic accommodation and not worth the cost. Some areas were not clean and beds uncomfortable. Crockery and utensils were old. Although property within walking distance of amenities it was situated at an end of a row of garages. The property needs updating and needs to be more comfortable. It is not as it looks in photos. Very disappointing

Great base for La Tranche and the beach

Tucked away in a quiet residential area, an easy walk to the beach and town centre. Perfect for 2 yr old grandson with the small lawned enclosed garden. All facilities provided for and especially convenient for the massive Super U a 2 minute walk away.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this wonderful house. It was an ideal location for all amenities.

The house was clean and had everything to make my stay trouble free. It is close to main road and alongside supermarket, pharmacy while a short walk to town centre. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a pleasant stay. I will definitely be back sometime. La Tranche sur Mer is a lovely place with a fabulous beach and restaurants. One sad event happened while I was there. The local supermarket was burnt down. I hope in time it will be rebuilt and people get their jobs back.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem netten, sehr hĂŒbsch eingerichteten HĂ€uschen verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die KĂŒche war mit allem was man zum Kochen benötigt ausgestattet mit ausreichend Geschirr. Betten sehr bequem und nicht durchgelegen.Die Nahversorgung hĂ€tte nicht besser sein können. In 300m Entfernung befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, ein GeschĂ€ft mit frisches Obst, GemĂŒse, Fleisch, KĂ€se, Wurst und Backwaren. Gleich daneben findet man ein FischgeschĂ€ft das keine WĂŒnsche offen lĂ€sst. Alles hat tĂ€glich geöffnet. In nur 5 min zu Fuß ist man am Strand der ideal fĂŒr Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist, da hier die Wellen nicht sehr stark sind. In nur 5 Min. mit dem Auto kommt man an den Plage de la TerriĂšre der wunderschön ist mit durchaus grĂ¶ĂŸeren Wellen.Zusammengefasst können wir diese Unterkunft in dieser Lage uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen.

Profiter de la mer

La maison se trouve tout prÚs de la mer, du supermarché et des restaurants et bistrots. La Tranche sur Mer est une ville magnifique et la plage est merveilleuse. La maison est bien équippée et a suffisament de place pour quatre personnes. Il faul savoir que les lits français font 1,90 m. Christophe est trÚs sympa et joignable. Nous avons passé un séjour trÚs agréable. On va revenir!

Bonne location prĂšs de la plage

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours dans cette location et tout s'est bien passé. Les points positifs: propre et situé dans une impasse au calme, tout est accessible à pied (plage, commodités, centre- ville). La literie est d'une qualité satisfaisante. Par contre les équipements fournis (notamment ceux de la cuisine et ceux pour faire le ménage) mériteraient un rafraichissement. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du barbecue mis à disposition, la faute au temps capricieux.

Das Objekt hat durch den Garten und die Garage eine optimale GrĂ¶ĂŸe fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und man kann direkt am Haus parken. Die Bushaltestelle des kostenlosen Buses ist ebenfalls direkt vor der HaustĂŒr und der Einkaufsladen fußlĂ€ufig in fĂŒnf Minuten zu erreichen.

Calme et pratique

Maison au calme, avec un jardin sans vis-Ă -vis. La plage est Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied, encore moins en vĂ©lo. L'arrĂȘt de bus au bout de l'impasse. Bien Ă©quipĂ©e et spacieuse pour 4 personnes. Le contact facile et disponible pour les besoins divers. Rien Ă  redire, je recommande !

Bonjour Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour avec le soleil tous les jours. Le logement est trĂšs agrĂ©able et propre,au calme Dommage ne avoir vu personne Ă  Ă©tat des lieux entrĂ© et sortie pour avoir des infos tel que ou dĂ©poser les verres et la plancha ne fonctionne pas apparemment il y avait plus de gaz. Nous avons pu joindre Mme poulain Christine qui devait passer mais nous ne avons jamais vu. Peut ĂȘtre mettre plus infos sur les consignes pour les verres et indiquer ou il se trouve et prĂ©voir une bouteille de gaz au cas ou elle est vide. Nous garderons de trĂšs bons souvenirs de se sĂ©jour Cordialement Mme sourice
