This apartment, facing the sea, has a breathtaking view of the port and the beach of Les Bretons. Its privileged location, in the centre of La Turballe, allows you to access the beach, the shops and the market on foot.

Very bright living room equipped with a 140 x 200 sofa bed (17 cm thick mattress) with TV and balcony facing south-west.

Kitchen, separated by a large glass roof, fitted and equipped (fridge/freezer 3 drawers, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, Tassimo coffee maker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle).PGJyPg
Balcony equipped with a canna, a retractable table, 4 folding chairs and 2 deck chairs.

Bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200, large closet and balcony.

Equipped bathroom, large shower, toilet, hairdryer.

The apartment has just been refurbished in spring 2024. All the equipment is new and of high quality.
Traveller access
Because the apartment must be impeccable before each tenant, the cleaning fee is mandatory. It is €30 for short stays (2 days or less) and beyond that, it will be €50.

However, please make sure not to leave the accommodation in disarray before your departure (kitchen/dishes put away, bed(s) unmade, garbage cans taken out, etc.).

In case of breakdown or accidental damage, this can happen, please let me know quickly.

The bed will be made on arrival, towels and dish towels will be provided.

Other remarks:

The rental is for people over 18 years old.
Parties and parties are not allowed.
Non-smoking apartment.

2 nights minimum rental.
Weekly rental (from Saturday to Saturday) from 5 July to August 23, 2025.
