We like to give our guests space, but we are available by text or call at anytime.

Our quiet little town is the perfect pit stop for your adventures in and around Zion

Guests have access to the whole home except a few closets where we store supplies.

Having a car would be the ideal way to get around. We really don’t have much in regards to public transportation here.

There are lots of fun things to do in southern Utah! Hiking, biking, ATV riding, water skiing, and national parks...to name a few. You have Zion National Park (21 miles), St. George (22), Sand Hollow Reservoir (11), Quail Creek Reservoir (12), Tuacahn (30), Cedar Breaks National Monument (58), Grand Canyon National Park (119), Bryce Canyon National Park (127) and Brian Head Ski Resort (68) all available and close by for your enjoyment!

National Park Tour

This property was fabulous and just what we needed for our trip. Tyler was a great communicator and thought of all the little things that make a stay easier. We especially appreciated a fully stocked kitchen, complete with condiments and seasoning, as well as full use of the garage (and garage door opener) and spacious bedrooms and family room. Nice La Verkin residence

La Verkin lies roughly mid-way between the Kolob and Springdale entrances to Zion -- about a 25 min. drive each way. The town has a grocery store and a few restaurants. If you want alcohol other than beer, you'll have to bring it in or take it with your meal dining out. The house stands in a quiet neighborhood. The house has a spacious garage, two baths, three bedrooms including a spacious master en suite. WiFi nice and fast. The kitchen has all the necessities. We didn't use the back patio and grill. Overall, we found it just great. The only problem we encountered was with the VRBO app which didn't seem to get some messages through. Contact with the manager by phone worked fine, though. Highly recommended.

Clean, Comfortable, and all the Comforts We Needed

Our school group stayed at two VRBO locations this trip. This was the perfect place. Plenty of space for everyone and easy access to Zion National Park, where our project was. What I loved is that the home had everything we needed to cook. I was happy when I saw there was a toaster so I could enjoy my Toaster Strudel in the morning (a must). Check in was super easy and the house was like new when we arrived. The patio in that backyard was awesome. A perfect place to relax and unwind after a day's work. We plan a follow up project down there and we'll for sure be staying there again.

Cozy Home with beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay. All the essential were in the house including shampoo. Soap. Dishwasher detergent. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Lovely backyard with BBQ grill and patio set. Check in was easy. Garage was a plus. They also have arcade style basketball game in garage.

Spectacular getaway!

This place is amazing! Absolutely great view of the Utah sky, everything you need for a great stay! I spent three lovely nights was able to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon with ease. All while keeping my clothes clean having a safe comfortable stay and everything I needed to cook a great meal! I definitely enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return To enjoy another great time in Utah! Thank you so much for everything including the hospitality!

Zion July 2024

This home was clean, well equipped/stocked with bedding kitchen utensils, bathroom supplies. My only complaint was there was no cold water coming out of the kitchen or bathroom faucets; it was warm water. I suspect that the home may receive its water from a community storage tank. It was a little annoying not being able to have a cold drink of water or cold shower after a long day of hiking in hot weather in Zion. We just had to buy a lot of ice. I swept the floors and cleaned the counters daily because I did not want to see any sugar ants as mentioned in the ad. I only saw one sugar ant during our stay. I still give the home 5 stars. Thank you Tyler for your quick email responses and for your professionalism.

ZionTrip

I stayed here with my daughters in law for a Zion hiking trip and loved it! 25 min from Springdale with a super easy drive, this property allowed us to be close enough to catch the early shuttle in July at Zion, but far enough away for a little more space at a nice rate. This home is gorgeous with a lovely outdoor patio, well stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds, and great location. Highly recommend! The host was very responsive, and checked in on us through the VRBO app throughout our stay. Everything you need! Besides Zion we also hiked the Red Reef Trail, a gorgeous quiet hidden gem. :)

Convenient Location

This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Great location to Zion and all other outings we wanted to take. Wonderful family friendly neighborhood.
