Cozy and well maintained home at a very beautiful location. It is reasonably close to Zion (30 mins drive). The host had every instructions detailed in folders and binders. The kitchen was fully equiped and most importantly clean. The house was spacious and the decor was so pleasant. I recommend everybody to stay here when you get a chance.

This is a great house! It's spacious, lovely, and sparkling clean. You'll find just about any amenity you could ask for. The views are wonderful - both looking out on the city and the distant mountains as well as the beautiful hills right behind you. Eileen is a friendly and responsive host. Loved the views from the front porch and driveway. Everything was excellent but the beds were too soft for me. I'm sure many others like it soft but it's just not my preference. The couches were like new like the kitchen.

The location to Zion was perfect. The drive from place was about 20 minutes. The only negative I have is we couldn't use the grill its in bad shape.If we return to Zion again and the place is available we would stay again.

This house was everything I was hoping for close to Zion national Park and Bryce Canyon, quiet, clean, safe, and well equipped. I loved the welcome sign when I walked in that had my name on it! Lots of little details that made me feel welcome.

Wonderful View

What a beautiful property. The view of the plateaus and the quiet neighborhood was so incredible. We really enjoyed our stay here. We felt so welcomed - our name was on a welcome platter as the first thing to greet us. You won't go wrong staying here. Eileen’s property was excellent. It was extremely clean, everything that we needed was there! We enjoyed sitting outside each evening grilling with the amazing view! Easy check in and check out process. Pictures undersold the home! Would definitely choose to stay here again!

great Zion location

The house was cozy and had a good kitchen. Our host was very attentive and let us check in early. We would have appreciated a couple of wooden dining (or other) chairs as we like firm chairs. We enjoyed our stay.
