This house is the perfect escape for your family or group. It is centrally located and is a great hub for all your southwest adventures!
* 25 minutes to Zion National Park. *We allow pets for an extra fee. Please select that you’re bringing a pet when you book.
* Private pool (pool heater is available by advanced request for an extra fee, it is not needed in the summer months. Please inquire).
* 8 Person hot tub.
* Sleeps 10 people.
* 2 Smart TV's with basic cable (sign on to your own Netflix, Hulu, Prime etc)
* 300 Mbps Wifi.

We had a great time the property was perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults 2 teens and 2 kids). The home was well stocked with all of the essentials and then some. The pool and hot tub were a welcome treat after long days of hiking.

This home worked so great for our family. The attention to deal was everywhere. Plenty of supplies in all rooms, everything labeled to make life easier. The two living spaces was great as we had more then one family here. Loved all the bathrooms. Just nice for everyone to have their own. The pool area was fantastic. This kids loved the pool and slide, there were wonderful places to sit and many area to eat outside. It was a great outdoor oasis. The garage full of games was so fun. If the kids weren't in the pool, they were in the garage. Having tweens this made the time here so great as they always had plenty of activity to do. Thank you for such a great home! If we are ever this way again, we will be back. Also Hannah was very attentive to our needs.

Great location to launch adventures to Zion and surrounding areas from. The pool, hot tub and "game room" really made the property special. Only 30 minutes to Park entrance but close to lots of great dining options.

I highly recommend this house as a jumping off point for all of your SW Utah adventures. This was a perfect fit for our stay (2 couples) and met all of our needs and the pool and hot tub completely elevate the experience after a hard day of hiking! The house was great. We spent countless hours swimming in the pool. When we contacted Hannah about a potential issue with the air conditioning, we got almost an immediate response and constant communication until the problem was solved. The house is not far from Zion, so it was a convenient location to stay at and get to and from Zion.

A great family-friendly stay with quick check-in/out. The pool and hot tub were perfect for both kids and adults, and the large indoor/outdoor dining tables were convenient. The garage games, especially Pac-Man, were a hit with the grandkids. Easy access to Zion was a big plus.

Great property for groups

We had a great stay at Hannah’s property. The house was spacious and clean and the pool was fantastic. We had a large group of 4 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommend this property.

Had Everything we needed

We stayed for 3 nights and everything was clean and ready for us. Kids loved the pool and spa. Rooms were so fun and had plenty of space to spread out and relax. Game room was a bonus. So comfortable to have supper outside on the patio. Quiet neighborhood close to coffee shop and grocery.

Family visit to Zion

This was a great place for a family stay for our visit to Zion. Kids loved the pool/hot tub and game room. Everyone loved the comfortable beds. Luxury in La Verkin

We were in the area for a half marathon and the property was perfect! In addition to being a great location and clean, Hannah, the property manager, was incredible. She did everything she could to ensure we had a pleasant stay and promptly answered all inquiries and concerns. Additionally, she took the time to identify great restaurants and things to do in the area. This was an exhaustive list that she put time into creating and we could not be more appreciative, as her insight and advice made our stay even more special.The property is in a great location. We were close to Zion and able to access good restaurants, grocery stores, and other attractions, like river rock roasters, which was less than a mile away. We walked there everyday for good food and cold beers. The house did not disappoint! We comfortably fit 6 adults in 4 bedrooms, which left one bedroom unoccupied. The house was immaculate and included some great amenities like air hockey, basketball, a pool, and hot tub! We had just as much fun sitting around the yard enjoying the weather, as we did exploring the parks and thats because we felt at home here.I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to stay near Zion. You will not be disappointed. Hannah was friendly, informative, and responded promptly to any questions I had regarding the home and area. Also, the neighborhood is very quiet, which was an added bonus.Thankful for this property and Hannah!

Wow! So fun!

We are so thankful for this host and this property - we were supposed to spend the weekend in the mountains in CA for our foster's birthday but the wildfires redirected us last minute and this rental was SO much fun for the kiddo up to us adults. Hannah made some exceptions for us to be able to make this happen and we were so grateful. The house is well supplied, spacious and very homey. I'd come back in a heartbeat!

Zion Family Trip

This house is a home and comes with everything to make your stay perfect. Hannah is the best host of all time. Her response time is minutes! Check in and out was a breeze, and exploring Zion National Park was spectacular.
