Hotel.com ripped me off. Took my money and then left me without a room. Then said they could not refund my money for 7 10 days. I had no other way to get a room. No more money. Never ever again will I use Expedia again. They will leave you out to drive 8 hours back home in middle log the night

Won’t stay here again!

I was really looking forward to this stay based in the rating but I will never stay here again. Room number one in the backside smelled like weed straight up. Went down to the front desk moved to the room directly below and it was lingering but not as bad. It’s like the guy at the front desk knew because he brought febreeze with him to help but this room below smelled like cigarettes and neither my husband or I smoke so it was absolutely miserable. If you want a contact high stay here! We get drug tested too often at work to stay in a place like this. Also the bathroom towels and sheets had stains on them. Brown stains on the towels and spots in the sheets where it looks like they just moved them from another room. At 5am there was a repetitive pounding in the parking lot maybe? I’m not sure.
